Query about getting UK citizenship for kids

Hi,
My kid was born in the India and currently holds UK ILR since Feb 2023. I hold a British Passport and my spouse also has UK ILR issued around Feb 2023. When my kid was born in 2014, I was holding ILR in the UK. I got my UK naturalisation after being in UK with ILR for 1 year.

Under what category should I apply for UK naturalisation? Is it naturalisation or registration? Can I apply online for the same? I am confused whether I should apply under MN1?

Please help.

The only form for minors is MN1.
Registration is for minors, naturalization is for adults, but it's the same for this case.

Apply for MN1 if your child adheres to requirements (eg applying together with spouse), you can read the guide for MN1.
