Citizenship application nearly 9 months. Should I follow-up?

I applied for Naturalisation in August 2023, and did my Biometrics in the start of September.
I received a email at the start of Feb saying your application is taking over 6 months.

Should I start following up using the email addresses listed here: british-citizenship/6-months-plus-waiti ... 43483.html

Or will the application just take it's course?
I can see people who applied in Jan are getting theirs come through already.
