Copy of certificate of naturalisation / Delivery

Hey everyone

I am applying for a copy of my certificate of naturalisation after the RM lost it along with my Italian passport
Does anyone know how the copy is sent? (Special delivery, tracked, etc) as I wouldn’t like to have another RM disaster and lose £400

I think it is just sent in the post - a new certificate doesn't have the option of being sent by secure delivery.

I wouldn't know how RM lost your certificate - could be worth looking into if you are entitled on compensation.
