British passport referee

I've got my British Citizenship (ceremony on 7th Nov), planning to apply for British Passport as soon as I get the certificate.
Can you please confirm whether my manager (IT professional) who works in a bank, know me 5+ years is eligible as my referee for my first adult British passport?

The referee for the first British passport can be the same professional referee included in your naturalisation application.

The same application form will tell you who can be a referee to confirm your details.
