Referee declaration form photo

Post by aleksandra914 » Mon Dec 16, 2024 2:24 pm

Hi everyone,

I am planning to send my application soon and wanted to confirm something regarding photos on referee declaration forms - I used passport photos (taken in a booth) which were taken at the end of August but now I've seen that for passport applications photos must be taken within the last month (I had 6 months in my head for some reason).

Is it going to be an issue if my features haven't changed since etc.?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Not an issue - the purpose of the photo is for the referees to confirm your identity - no other purpose.
So a six months old passport photo is fine in anybody's book. UKVI will get your latest photo when you give biometrics.
Nothing to worry about.
