Referee Declaration Form - Applicant name not filled in

Post by mge197 » Thu Jan 09, 2025 1:16 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of submitting my citizenship application but have had a bit of a mare, I've had my two referees sign the referee declarations with my photo attached with their full name, date and signature, however the problem is that they left my name blank, it is an easy field to miss as it is not highlighted at all.

Would that be an issue if I write the name down myself as the applicant? Since their signatures are already on there confirming my identity.

Just trying to get some help as the earliest I'll be able to see my referees again will be 2-3 weeks from now

Thanks

That's fine, as it was clearly understood they were signing the forms for you. it can also be added digitally.
