Drink Drive Charge

I am in a situation , I applied naturalisation and after 3 months my application was approved 2 weeks ago and had my ceremony last week Monday . I applied for my British passport same day but over this weekend I was arrested and charge with drink drive and I am due to appear in court in September , my passport has not been approve yet so just want to ask if this will affect my passport been approved ?

A passport is not an immigration document, all that matters is that you are British. Your life history won't be examined, so no issue.
