My son was born in uk and only lived couple of months here, than he moved to other country with his mum. He is now 14 years old. At the time he was born I and his mum did not have any legal status. Last two years I hold British passport through naturalisation and I am wondering: can my son be registered as a British citizen…?
I get mixed information about British Nationality Act 1981, Section 1(3)
What I read in that 1(3) sectioun, my uderstanding: birth uk matters, he is under 18 and I have British passport…
Would be much appreciated your professional view on that.
