Posting on behalf of my cousin he has 20 plus residence in the UK and works full time he has two British born children with an English spouse. About 15 years ago he was cautioned for racially aggravated harassment but he was severely depressed at the time due to work stress.
He has had ILR for nearly 18 years what are his chances of getting a British citizenship?
