Urgent help Debt business and naturalisation

Hi

this is my case I got my ILR Last year been married with BC women and i am due to apply for naturalisation after 2 month the problem is that when i get ILR I start business with my wife and got loan from bank but there was problem which the business wont work due my wife left abroad and told me to move away from the property that we use to rent and there was some bills left without payment we use to have joint bills water, council tax... and left me to deal with the debt regarding the bank debt i agree to pay instalment a month but i am not working at the moment can i apply for debt relief order? and premises I hand the key to the landlord I want to know what my chances are to apply for citizenship and also can i wait for the new rules to enforce to apply for the naturalisation . I would appreciate your help

It appears from your post that you and your wife are separated and she now lives abroad. If so, unless she supports your application for BC and you are able to submit her passport, you will need to wait a further year before you apply.

I have heared from solicitors that i can apply even we are going thru divroce it wont affect applying for naturalisation

Hi

i dont think she will give me to submit her passport. can i submit proof of marriage certificate and order a copy of her birth certificate. I will appreciate your help. Many Thanks

how are you going to order her birth certificate? if you do something without her approval (illegal) it might all end tears
