According to our immigration agent who did our ILR, we were informed that my wife had been issued with a wrong settlement (spouse) visa. We had appealed against that after we arrived and a correction was done and we immediately applied for ILR thereafter and got it. Would this make any difference on how long she would have to wait to apply for Citizenship? Are any negative changes expected to the 3 year rule in the coming months?Wanderer wrote:After three years in UK, looks like June 2010.
I wonder why you weren;t issued with ILE tho at the first application stage?
