Student Study on Citizenship

Hi there, I am a student at University College London and am currently conducting a dissertation on Citizenship and Identity.

I am in my 2nd year, and am very interested in the maintenance of identity, particularly in the face of tests and processes, that encourage 'naturalisation', and 'integration'. I am a very open individual, who holds no prejudice whatsoever, and judges no one.

I am looking for individuals to interview, who have considered becoming a citizen, have become a citizen, or currently involved in the process of becoming a UK citizen.

I am interested in how people manage links to their own cultures and heritages, and how the process of taking citizenship can affect those.

The interviews can be at any time/place of your desire, and I am happy to travel all over the country! they can be anonymous if you so desire.

I would be greatly appreciative if anyone would be kind enough to give up some of their time, be that 30 minutes, or more.
