day of absences

I'm abit confused on how to calculate the day of absences, do you include the day of departures and arriavals when calculating absences? e.g. departure day is 19/06/10 and arrival day is 29/06/10. is the day of absences for this trip 9 days, 10 days or 11 days? :roll:

Exclude day of departure and arrival. 9 days
