flr m reconsideration timescale

Post by Munkey » Tue Jun 29, 2010 9:42 am

This a quick question to find out if anyone has applied or previously applied to Home Office using FLR M form and the application was refused but Home Office made an error of fact and they agreed to reconsider the application.

How long does it normally take for Home Office to decide on the reconsideration??

Any idea on the timescale??? pls reply any information will be great however small.

There is no set time frame. Could be a few weeks, could be a few months.

its a dilema. it has took forever to try sort this out.

1st they refused, and we made further representations, and then the Home Office messed up, made error of fact. so now they have agreed to reconsider the application. I am totally fed up.

Thank you for the reply.
