Question on time lines for BC

Post by n_sharma50 » Sat Jan 08, 2011 11:35 pm

Hi All,

Apologies if these questions have been asked before. I could not find any reference so asking again

1) I came to UK in Nov 2004 on WP.
2) I got married in Nov 2005 and came to UK in Dec 2005.
3) Both of us got ILR in March 2010.

I will be eligible for naturalisation in March 2011. My question is ,

can I apply for my wife's naturalisation also at the same time. ? She has been free from immigration checks for last one year as she got ILR along side me.

Thanks in advance for answers

You may apply together if you both satisfy the standard requirements.
