Previous addresses on Naturalisation application

I am in the process of completing my application for the NCS appointment next week. I have lived at 4-5 different addresses in last 5 years. I dont remember the exact dates when i moved into those addresse though i know month and year, would that be sufficient or UKBA needs excat dates.

As i dont have all the tenancy agreemtn copies, i dont the exact date so if i right appors date but correct month and year would that cause a prob? Or just write month and year?

Write month and year and explain in a note later that you cannot remember the exact dates.
