when to apply for citizenship

Hello everyone,
Just wants to find when can i apply for citizenchip.
Married EU national june2004 sent application to home office for family permit but didnt receive it until june 2006 after wining an appeal. Separated from EU natinal oct.2007 but didnt finalised divorce until april 2010. Got permanent resident january 2011. when can i apply for citizenship, now or january next year. Been working since july 3rd 2006 in the same place.
