citizenship after ILR

I have been working in the UK since the last 5 years. I got ILR this june 2011 on the basis of 3 years WP + 2 years Tier 1. I would be applying for citizenship in june 2012. However, I plan to leave my job and start a phd in a university which would make me a full time student. Would that affect my citizenship application? I think not but wanted to confirm. thanks
