British Citizenship for child born in India for ILR parents

Hi,

My son was born in Inida in Jan 2010, We both parents had ILR when he was born. We applied for my sons Indian passport and UK ILR(from India), which he got in July 2010. I became british citizen in Sept 2010. My son is in UK for an year and would like to know if my son is eligible for British passport, if so which application we use.

No. He's not yet British as he was born in India. He has to register first.
