I assume this is for your wife's application?

On the natrulaisation certificate you will have a ref number use that to identify what was yours and may be use that same methodology to obtain the HO ref num of the missus?

Hope it helps mate.

My wife left her's blank, when HO sent the acknowledgement letter thy had an ref number in it. I guess they allocated a new ref number for her after recving the application...

I am beginig to think all dependents either dont have a ref number or they are tagged to the main's ref number...

We applied using NCS>..

On a totally different point -

A thing to notice is though on my naturalisation Certificate the ref num was the same as that of my HSMP 5 years ago - I thought there would be a new ref num generated and would be linked to any old ones..
