Child born outside UK - travel to UK in which visa ?

Child born in India for British father(2y WP + 3y ILR + 12 month) and Indian mother (ILR 4 yrs).
In which visa, the child can travel (entry) to UK ?
When (& where) the child can apply British Citizenship or Passport ?

There is no point asking the same question 3 times.
If the father is British (following naturalisation), the child is British from birth. You can apply for a British passport from BHC whenever you wish.
He might need an exit visa from India.
