Hi,
Can you please clarify on the eligible absences for my spouse appliying for BC along with me who got ILR in April 2011.

I'm planning to apply for BC in the month of June 2012.

1. In last 6 years(based on first arrival in UK) the number of absences are 594.
2. In last 5 years the number of absences are 448.

Is she eligible for appliying BC along with me?
