Hi, I am a British Citizen through naturalisation. My wife is Chinese Passport holder.

If my child born in China, will the child be entitled to Bristish Passport at Birth?

What is the process of applying for BP?

Yes your child will be British by birth. S/He will be british by descent rather than by otherwise though. You can apply passport for your child in british consulate in china.
