Hello,
I have recently had my naturalisation ceremony. The next step is to apply for British passport.
Is there any way to make this application without sending my current passport to them?
Working for internetional company requires me to travel abroad at least one every week or two.

Not really but you don't need to have a British passport if you can keep using your current one. The UK doesn't require you to use a British passport to enter even if you are British.
