Quick question about form AN

My husband has been here for just over 3 years and is now about to apply for citizenship. Just a couple of questions i need answering regarding form AN:
1.1 Enter immigration or border agency refernence number. Is the number on his ILR in his passport?
Also do I have to enclosed my passport and marriage certificate as evidence of our marriage????
