I got the number for the UKBA on the website (0845 010 5200) but can never actually get to speak to a human. Nobody has ever replied to my emails either. Does anyone have a number for them where it actually goes to a person?

I used 01516725626 which is same as the 0845 number you have.

Is this regarding a status update? When did you apply? If your application is less than 6 months old and selected the options 2, 1 your call with get ended after an automated message.
