how many times have you been caught in the last 12 months.

Have you been fined by the court anyttime in the last 5 years ?

Also, how soon is 'soon'?

Never been cought before or for the last 5 years !! But I was caught by a speed camera yesterday so I'm expecting to receive a letter soon !! I'm not due to apply for my citizenship till may next year . Thank you

One FPN is allowed in the last 12 months before application

So when you get the get the letter (NIP), accept the fault and pay the fine (i.e do not contest in the court). You will be OK
