My daughter is having Indian passport and recently I have submitted MN1 for my daughter through NCS.But NCS dint ask for my daughter's Indian passport.Just they took photocopies of my and my wife's passports.

Please advise whether they need my daughter's passport also or it is not required.

I presume you're applying under section 1(3)? A child's (foreign) passport isn't required. You should have submitted your child's uk birth certificate with your passport with ILR or BRP, though

I have applied under section 1(3) and I have submitted child birth certificate along with my ILR
