Dear Friends,

Need your suggestion regarding passport application form - Section 3

Direct Gov website says
__________
"
In this section you must give details of all current, previous, lost or stolen passports. This includes passports you are included on or were included on (for example, as a child) and passports issued by other countries. With your application you must send us any passport which is current or is no longer valid but has not been replaced. If you don't, this will delay your application."

-------------
My query is
Totally I had 3 passports( 1)current passport which has ILR stamp and I have two Previous passports

2) cancelled - but has entry clearance to uk so I am sending this one with application
3) Expired/ Cancelled

Query
1) Do I need to send 3rd passport
2) In guidance it says cancelled passports will be cut at the top corner but my passport has cancelled stamp. Does that mean same.

Many thanks

1. No, if the 2nd one is the one you first entered UK with.
2. Yes, some countries just put the "CANCELLED" stamp and don't cut anything.
