I went for the private ceremony because for a group one they offered me a place the 6th March, which I thought was actually beyond the 3 months time limit. In truth they did offer me an alternative place the 20th February in another city, but it would have meant I could not have any guests with me. The private ceremony was a tad expensive, £130, but the venue was great, and my guests enjoyed it, thanks to the very professional Queen replacement who managed it flawlessly.

It is titled citizenship invitation and says that my application for British citizenship has been approved. I now need to call the council authority to arrange for the citizenship ceremony where I will get the naturalisation certificate that would allow me to apply for a passport.
