This is regards with my daughter British citizen.
i applied for my ILR 6 months before and I got last week in mean time we had a baby one moth before but my ILR is issued on 29/10/2012 so can i apply for my daughter British passport with out going for naturalisation

It's the issue date that counts. Not when you applied.

If she was born in the UK, she is entitled to register as BC under section 1(3).
