Hi,
I will be applying for Naturalisation in December 2012 due to some problems in past i could not keep up with my loan and credit card payments. Now i am paying through CCCS to make sure i can get rid of the loans. Also i have a CCJ unsatisfied as well thats a separate than any other loan and i am not making any payment towards it.
Just need to ask you is there any problem in applying for naturalisation? do i need to mention it about it in the form.

i looked at my credit report online and i found this :

You have an account regarded as defaulted or delinquent

does that mean it's a ccj ?

Does it disqualify you from applying if you have one on your record?

plzzzz i also have this same issue .i have a barclays loan which i hvnt paid .
I am applying in mid jan .
.If u have a bad credit report does it make any difference on ur naturaliasation application.
