Reduced Application Cost?

Hi All,

Quick question and any advice would be appreciated...

I have been in the UK for 13 years and have indefinite leave to remain.

I have heard (And this might be Chinese whispers..) that the cost for application to be naturalized reduces once you have been in the UK for more than 10 years?

I have searched online, but cant find any reference to this so am questioning the authenticity of this claim... Does anybody have any information to support this, or is it as I think.... not entirely true?!

Thanks in advance for any useful information or comments.

Kind Regards

I don't think so this is true. No matter how long you have had your ILR for, the cost is same for everyone.

Never heard of this.

I applied after 11.5 years in the UK and paid the full price.

If this were correct, it would have to be in the official leaflet. It is not, though, nor is any reference to this in the written ministerial statement (which contains a full list of prices). No, as linkers said: one price for all.
