Hi,

I want to know that do i really have to wait for one year after ILR to apply for naturalization?

Entered in Country on WorkPermit - June 2007
Converted to HSMP - Jan 2008
Tier 1 Extension - Jan 2010
Got ILR - Aug 2012 (Whereas Tier1 was still valid until 2013)


Can I apply Naturalization now in Dec 2012?

No, you cannot apply in December 2012, you will have to wait 1 year after ILR.
