Landed in UK: 21st-Mar-2007

Which date shall I apply for naturalisation? 2nd Feb-2013 OR 21st-Mar-2013?

Thanks

You must have been in the UK for minimum of five years since you first entered UK; and at the same time you must have had indefinite leave to remain for a year prior to your application.

From the foregoing, 21st March will be the best bet considering the five years residency requirement. I assumed this is not an application based on marriage with a BC.

2013-5 = 2008 not 2007...

He would be eligible on 2nd Feb-2013

Jambo you are right, since the ILR was stamped on 2nd Feb 2012, I misread that to be 2nd Feb 2011.
