I am now settle in the UK from HSMP to Tier 1 now ILR

I have a child and i intend to apply for her naturalization using MN1 form

My main concern is that my husband because he is illegal i.e. his visitor VISA has expired long time before having our daughter

Question 1: Do i need to fill Father details? Section 1.21 - 1.21

Question 2: Father consent: Does the father need to sign the consent to application? Section 6.1

Question: What is the best approach?

Please bear in mind the father is illegal!

Guys
Having made a successful ILR application, I intend to register my 2 sons as British and plan to this by Using the MNI Form.

Issue:

1. No passports - The 2 boys (3yrs) and (4yrs) do not have an passport but were born in the UK. Would birth cert meets NCS requirement?

2. Wife's Status - my wife is an "illegal" but we got married Here and in a Church of England and have marriage cert to show. Should I include her details in the application forms for the boys? Would she be required to provide consent? Are there areas or actions I need o are in readiness forge bod application that I ought to look out for due to the peculiarity involved?
