I am applying for naturalisation in few days. My wife will apply on the basis of married to a British Citizen on 3 years basis once I get my nationality.

Do I still need to put her details in section 1.31 of the naturalisation application form.

Yes. (The same way you need to put your parents details even if they don't apply).
