Hi i am sending my sons MN1 application under section 1(3). I have just acquired british citizenship and my son was born in 2011 in the UK.

I am sending my British Passport and my son's UK birth certificate.

The question is do i need to send my marriage certificate as my wife is here on a spouse visa and my son's pakistani passport?

Hello,
Can you please confirm if any of the parents (foreign) passports and/or ILR bimoetric cards are needed to be sent in along with MN-1 in addition to the below?
1. Form MN-1
2. Fees form / payment slip
3. Full UK Birth Certificate of Child
4. Parents Marraige Certificate

Child born in UK in Dec 2011. Parents ILR in Nov 2012.
