Hello Guys,

I am about to apply for first British passport, I had few defaults does it affect as i have seen IPS checked Equifax for some of them.

Don't worry about them mate , the reason they check your credit history is to check your name , adress , banks etc to confirm it is you as you claim . Its non of their business that you defaulted some of your credits , no one has the right to judge you . You are British therefore its your right to have a passport .

Chill mate. You are a british citizen now. You will get your passport.

samar0001, just checking, are you really just about to apply for a British Passport? Or are you really just about to apply for Naturalisation?

Two very different applications!

John - I done with naturalisation, Its a passport now

samar0001, then clearly nothing to worry about. You are British and entitled to apply for a passport.
