My kids was born in the UK and now in Pakistan and I have been granted ILR Recently and need to know if I can apply for the registeration as a British citizen in the UK as I have got all the documents ready ! Also their website suggest the following. Plus my wife is still with my kids.

From 16 July 2012 if you are applying for British nationality from outside the UK you must send your application form to:


UK Border Agency
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP

From 16 July you cannot submit your application for British nationality to the British High Commission or British Consulate in your country.

As you can understand i am in UK,So it's mean i can apply for their registeration in UK online while they are back in Pakistan. ?

All application will come to UK so can i apply from UK but kids in pakistan ?

Online applications are not possible. Use post.

Or use NCS so you can keep the original documents with you.
