I'm however wondering if I need to add any extras like my P60, proof of address, payslips, bank statements, utility bills.

Would you also consider paying "extra" on top of the fee?

There is no need for extra documents if they are not required by the form. And, yes - naturalisation application requires very few documents compared to your visa applications.
