Hello,
I have just now got my ILR for myself and my daughter who is 14 on the basis of my spouse who is a BC from PEO Croydon via a reprsentative. (Thanks to this lovely forum which I had been reading a lot and got lot's of hints/tips)

I have spent about 6 yrs total including student visas, Post Study visa, Work permit and then finally on Spouse visa.. Having completed 2 yr on marriage, I got the ILR.

Do I still have to complete another full year 3 yr on spouse or am I eligible to apply straight away considering the fact that I have completed 6yrs.
Can my daughter apply as well as my husband who is a BC is a step father for my daughter..?

Your suggestions will really help me a lot..

Thanks.. imy

You can apply now for your naturalisation based on spouse of a BC. Your daughters BC registration under section 3(1) which is at discretion, will be dependent on the success of your application. You can submit both at the same time but hers will only be considered once you have your approval.

I have the same situation so I applied for mine late last year, which was approved after 6 weeks and I will now be applying for my daughter at the end of January.
