Hi guys, just a quick question. Can my dentist act as a referee for a citizenship application?
I know dentists are on the approved list but i am not sure if my dentist qualifies as doesn't know me outside work. He only sees me when i go there with a dental problem.
Thanks.[/b]

Its your dentist's headache, not yours.
If he can read and understand what it says on the form, and if he is willing to sign, then what are you concerned about?

Hi iris79,
Your dentist is fine. Like asim said, as long as your dentist is prepared and willing to provide you with a reference, then this is acceptable. There is no requirement for your dentist to know you ouside of work
