Naturalisation as spouse of british citizen thru 3 yrs route

My spouse got ILR after the 2 year qualifying period of FLR(M). She was already in the UK prior to getting FLR(M) in various legal status that includes Post Study Work, Student and Work permit. My question is if her Post study work (tier1) be accounted as the qualifying period for 3 year residency requirement?
Precisely her 3 year period involves 2 yrs of FLR(M), 4 months of work permit period and 20 months of Tier 1 Post study work. Is this acceptable for Naturalisation?
