Hi,
My friend is due to apply for Naturalization in Feb. He is required to clear few points,
Residence requirement period: Feb 2008 - Feb 2013
1- Fixed penalty: Enter into "No entry" zone in Jan 2007 - 3 points
2- Fixed penalty: Careless driving and invalid driving licence (international licence) April 2007 - 5 points
3- Fixed penalty: Speeding in Jan 2010 - 3 points
Now his concern is, whether he has to mention above fixed penalties on the form or not? First two are five years old anyway and they doesn't come in residence requirement period.
Many thanks

Hi
3- Fixed penalty: Speeding in Jan 2010 - 3 points
Sadly he has to mention these points unfortunately when applying for his Naturalization.
I am really interested to see what will happen in your friends case as I my self is going through the same dilema at the moment.
Good luck to your friend for his Naturalization.

Sorry to hear that.. so it means he has to mention only one fixed penalty which comes under 5 years period not others.
Thanks

Hi,
Well all I can say for your friend is that its at the discretion of the CW keep your fingers cross.
Well I dont know about those people who're prefessional crimnals and they're entitled to get a British PP and the working class people like me we have to suffer petty mistakes this is just so unfair laws.
Good luck for your friend BC.
