5 Applications for Naturalisation (2 Adults + 3 Minors)

Hi all,
I will be applying on 25th Feb with my family. Attracting joint application fee so us as couple + 3 children. So the total will be £1317 couple + £1103 three moiors.
My question is do i need to fill in just one payment form including fee for a couple and for minors?
Or do i need to fill in different payments forms relevant to each application?
Please advise, it will be much appreciated.
