Urgent-FPN for driving while using mobile phone

I got an FPN by police 6 days ago for using mobile phone while driving. I was asked to go to Police Station within 7 days (last date is tomorrow), and I will get 3 points+£60.

I'm not sure if I should appeal it before Court, or just get the 3 points and pay £60? Not much chance in appeal. But if I am worried that this will affect my applicaiton for Naturalization.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please treat this request as urgent because I have to make my decision by tomorrow.

You must give details of all unspent criminal convictions. This includes road traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) unless they were given in court. You must include all drink-driving offences. An explanation of unspent convictions is given below.

If you accept the fpn then prima facie this should not effect the application however, if you went to court and lost that could affect the application.

If you have more than one fpn in 12 months you must wait until you only have one fpn for a 12 month period. If you have endorsements on your licence as you will soon you must send your licence paper counterpart with your application.

I got ILR on 29th Oct 2012. Can I apply for naturalization now (around 11th Oct) or do I have to wait until 29th Oct.

2.
AN form doesn't have a payment slip with it. Any clue?

When did you apply for ILR?

1 yr ILR requirement...can you apply 28 days earlier?

Just as you can apply for ILR 28 days before end of visa, can you not do the same for British Citizenship? I mean if I got ILR on 29th Oct 2012, can I not apply for BC before 29th Oct?

The rules seem to say, that residence requirements can be overlooked in some cases.

Also, if I have to apply after 29th Oct, would the new Knowledge of Life in the UK test apply to me? I did Life in the UK test for settlement.

My limited leave was expiring on 20th Nov 2012. But I went to the enquiry office on 29th Oct 2012 and got ILR on the same day.

Can I apply for Citizenship after 11 months of ILR?

As I said, I will complete one year of ILR on 29th Oct 2013, but I want to apply now.

You can apply before completing 1 year but it is subject to discretion. I have no idea whether the caseworker would apply discretion when it is clear you have applied early to avoid the new language requirement. Might be risky. No idea.

Ok in such case, you'll have to wait a year unless you're the spouse or civil partner of a British Citizen. If you met a B1 requirement for Entry Clearance then you've got nothing to worry about, the same if you have a comparable degree taught in English.
