"You scored 4 out of a possible 10

You've fallen below what the Home Office would consider a sufficient standard of general knowledge to qualify as British. Perhaps you should try again (or if you are a wealthy French film star I hear Russia is always worth a go)"

will this affect me?

I don't think that anyone who has already passed the old test can be asked to take the test again.

I have taken the test around 2 years ago and passed it. I will apply the ILR on June. Do you think it will be fine or do I need to take a new exam?

No, as the current test result does not have an expiry date.
