worst case scenario for British citizenship refusal

Post by somemightsay » Sat Feb 02, 2013 9:50 pm

I am an ILR holder. What's the worst case scenario if my application is refused? Will this affect my ILR status? Will I just have to wait several years before I may reapply?

No, the worst can happen is you will lose your appliation fees thats all, if application is refused you can reapply anytime and this will not effect your current status ( ILR )

Good Luck

if u have not declare something on ur application and if still no decision has been taken on your application then withdraw your application and re submit. other wise they may put a ban on re applying for some time...
