I wonder if some can help me.

I entered uk in in 2003 on non immigration visa. However my first work permit was in April 2007. Which subsquent changed to tier 1. I got IlR on 15 March 2012. Now on 15 march 2013 I would fulfil free from immigration restriction requirement. I am not sure about previous 5 years qualifying period would start from April 2007 or 2003.
What date I would be eligible to apply for citizen ship.

It starts 5 years before you apply so 2008 if you apply this year.

I am asking whether I am eligible in march or April. It will be 6 years in April with 12 months on ILR. However in march it will less then that but still will be full 12 months on IlR

There is no requirement of 6 years. There are two requirements. 5 years of residence and 1 year from ILR although for many people that would mean (close to) 6 years of residence.
